Boni P&O is so well organized that can ship products to its customers in less than one week from the receipt of the order: by 2 days if the order is for wheels, from 3 to 5 days if the order includes portioned cheeses.

For overseas shipments (sea- and air-), which are usually organized by clients, Boni P&O can offer every kind of document required.

  • Couriers
    Cheeses are transported just by selected companies, that work with Boni since more than 10 years. For each zone, Boni selected the transport companies which are able to offer the best service considering the clients’ needs and the territory’s peculiarities. Every truck is refrigerated and with anti armed robbery systems.
  • Minimum shipments
    To avoid wastes in transport costs, Boni ask to its clients to place orders for a minimum quantity of 100 kg.

    Tastes and scents are very similar one wheel to the other, strictly connected with the cheese aging: softer and sweeter if the cheeses is between 10 and 19 months old, more spicy and straw in scent as the cheese becomes older.
