  • Come abbinare il Parmigiano Reggiano

How to couple it

Every cheese is well coupled with a traditional wine: Lambrusco or red wines produced in the hills of Parma are perfect to be tasted with Parmigiano Reggiano.

To make a more tempting match, we could also eat fresh and fat cheeses while drinking champagne or Italian sparkling wines.

If the cheese is harder or a bit spicy, an aged wine, for example a classical Chianti, Barolo, Brunello or Aglianico, becomes its perfect mate.
